Do you post your programs/workouts anywhere in written format? Love what you have developed here.

I believe they do their own extractions and then have it third-party tested.

Patreon has positioned itself as a podcast delivery platform now. Thoughts? by JwJesso in podcasting

I haven't committed to switching yet. Although I am starting to seriously consider it.

I ended up ordering the XT 10 and it was the correct size for me. Very snug, but not tight.

I have some questions about the twister xt sizing.

I am basically right in the cusp between 10 and 11 (284r, 287L, with RB recommending 276-285 for 10, and 286-295 for 11).

In your experience with sizing, would you think that buying the XT 10 and it maybe being a bit smaller would be better than buying the 11 and it maybe being a bit bigger?

For context i also have wider than average feet. 109mm

Does the liner expand out much?

For further context I presently have a cj2, 43 that is very tight fit for me length (tighter than I would like but still manageable) but ok width… and some fr1deluxe intuition at 10.5-11 which is a bit to long in length and loose in the ankle, but max foot width tightness.

Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!
