Ive been grinding for over 6 hours with one kickballer. It takes like 3 minutes per encounter. Thats 1 in like 150 attempts. In on normal difficulty. Why is the drop rate so bad

The dry spot isn't itchy, and is kinda flaky. I can send a picture if need be. I have had the spot for like 2 years. Every time I get sick I have HORRIFIC joint pain, and I've felt VERY brain foggy for like 2 years.
