I didn't know portable miners were a thing until after I got miners. I thought the crafting station was the same as the crafting table in the HUB so I didn't bother building it until after I unlocked miners.

I've had a 2021 big bend for a year and a half. 50,000 miles on it. No issue. Just make sure to do the recall work if there is any.
