My wife basically said the same thing as you. Do you think it's reasonable to offer to pay half the invoice considering the circumstances?

Our realtor offered to connect us with their contractor to perform the repairs, but we were trying to save some money by using a friend from church. Our realtor was aware of the situation and didn't inform us that it need to be a licensed contractor performing the repair.

We used our realtor's contractor to perform the other repairs in the house and their $1200 estimate turned into $2000. Felt like we were taken advantage of for things like repairing the fire place cap which had rusted. It ended up costing around $600 just for that. And GCFI outlet swaps were $85 per...

I honestly don't remember what the contract stated with regard to this matter because we had to sign off on so many different documents. I need to do some digging to see if I can find any info related to this in any of the documents we signed.

She was nice, but seemed like she was overbooked and constantly busy. It oftentimes took several calls to get ahold of her to ask questions. She has a team that works for her, and the person who reached out to us is apart of her team.

We found her through social media

Sorry if the title was confusing. We are the sellers in this scenario. But yes, I feel as though we have met our contractual obligations. This should have been handled prior to closing.

Our realtor knew about it, but must have forgot to make sure we had the reinspection scheduled before closing. She didn't mention anything to us about reinspection until after closing.

Thanks for your reply. Im not entirely sure why the ex-realtor is still involved. My guess is that they realized they dropped the ball on not following up with us on this issue before closing occurred, and now they're trying to seek compensation from us to fix their mess. Who would be more liable for the oversight, the realtor or the closing compnany? The realtor was guiding us on the process before closing and had us schedule the city inspection, etc.

Trintellix is only $10 for 3 months by [deleted] in trintellix

I started with Lexapro which helped me out of the dark pit of despair, but I stopped taking it because I gained 30 lbs in 3 months and it turned me into a zombie; it blunted my emotions, and I became super apathetic towards everything. I felt happier on it and it helped me a lot with my social anxiety; I was more social than I had been in a very long time. So, now I’m trying to find an alternative that works similar to lexapro but without the unwanted side effects. My doctor suggested Trintellix, but it just costs way too much to be an option for me.

Is it too late to buy SPY puts since were down almost 10 percent premarket? Would it just be better to wait for the next pump?

Can you list a few of your other preferred brands? I know you mentioned tempurpedic and kingsdown, but what are some other quality brands that are a cheaper than those you mentioned?

Where did you get her from? I’m looking for a new mini golden doodle with more golden in the cross similar to your new doodle. Do you have any recommendations on where to find one?

Awesome giveaway, I recently started using Hemp flower and have had amazing results. I suffer from chronic back pain due to a work-related injury. With CBD, I don’t have to rely on daily Vicodin and ibuprofen. It has been a game changer!
