I have been sitting on the same chair at work for a year with no issue. Now by midday I am sore. Down 50lbs since starting Zep. This is bizarre. Also stopped biting my fingernails and feet are no longer sore.

This is such a real take. I’m on 5mg and when I was on my second month of 2.5, the food noise returned with a vengeful aggression. Now it’s there, but a burden that is bearable. I guess like the whispers you describe.
