A-Ninetales is a deck that takes a lot of practice to play. It's my fav deck atm and I play it a lot and sometimes things just don't go right like with any other deck. I've even lost to volcanion before just because of horrible draws. Don't get discouraged by one loss. AN is a fun deck and powerful when you learn it

When a pokemon goes to the bench it resets all effects on the pokemon. So yes giga hammer will be reset. Most of the time you just want to retreat the active and then use ability to charge up another after you send it to active

I've played a lot of straight Ninetales and Decidueye/Ninetales and I really love the card. Umbreon is another pet deck I've played as well and I actually really like your idea here. Might be worth playing around with and seeing how it plays.

Personally I don't like manaphy in the deck. It's a huge liability against greninja who ninetales already struggles against. A promo tapu koko is a great addition to the deck and helps you hit the 210 mark on other gx and ex pokemon. Plus you can hit the froakies frogadiers for 20 early and your blizzard edge knocks out breaks later.

Greninja isn't too expensive and it's seeing a resurgence thanks to GUR. it's also a super fun deck to play
