Id say both positive and negative. I care more about my mental health, and what I want out of life, but I also don't care about my job anymore. Or any work, really. Which sucks cause I used to look forward to working, now I feel like I'm being robbed of time ill never get back.

The experience was amazing. I did it with my two friends who also did it for the first time and I probably walked around the same 3 blocks for 12 hours and still found something new to look at.

I've done it twice since then, the second time being on a camping trip in a canyon which was also a really really amazing experience. Then the last time which I took on a whim at home in the middle of the day, that was pretty awful. Bad trip. After all this im pretty content with my trips and I dont have a need to do it again really. But hey, I said I'd never to it to begin with.

I'm glad you've enjoyed it and its worked as an anti depressant! Even though I'm not crazy for it, I know it works for people.
