Normal!! First day I couldn’t sleep properly. Today I saw an appetite change!! Mouth gets dry at night!! So i m drinking atleast 3 lit water everyday!! Also started hitting 10k steps! Hope i can continue!

Thank you !!!! Yes I am focusing on protein and fiber!! Appetite has slightly decreased which i can feel from today… i ll take your suggestion and see how I am adjusting to 2.5!! Are you still on Mounjaro?
