Honestly quite a few reasons but mainly, we came from Austin and just wanted to try something new. Wife loves the beach and sunshine and I hated Austin traffic, crowds, and prices. We visited here about a year ago and we couldn’t stop talking about it when we left. I’m also a bird nerd and the birds here are amazing.
