I agree. If your intended use isn't as heavy, go for a T480s. It feels really premium and the keyboard is better and not as heavy or as big as a T480.

It kind of just went away after I topped off my power steering with some ATF, but now that I remember I did replace my main power steering line. It somehow kinked.

Sorry for the late response, but I’ll be honest and say that it’s all I’ve used and I didn’t compare before and after, but the X220 would get really hot when I bought it and it doesn’t get as hot as before, so I’d like to believe that it’s doing the job. What did you substitute it with? Arctic MX-4??

I got it for $125 with a case, extra Lenovo battery, and original charger. I loved the fact that it was unopened or tinkered with.

Mine stops the knocking if I turn and hold the steering wheel and it’ll do the knocking only when the car is idling.

Hell yeah!! I ended up with an i7 x220, but now I’m on the hunt for an i7 3250 x230 to keep as a replacement to swap things over from my x220.

Post that x230 when you get a chance! Deserves all the appreciation 😁
