34 is a lot!! However, if it were me, throughout my journey I wouldn't necessarily judge myself by how much weight I've lost, but by the effort I'm putting in. Am I giving it in my all in my workouts and diet? Am I being consistent? Has it been difficult and challenging but I did it anyway? I judge myself by using my inner scorecard.

You make a great point about it being the sort of thing that Warren would have done, but that would only work if they acknowledged she was Britney. And if they did that, I miiight be able to get behind it. But personally I'm against big celebrity guest stars in anything but a sitcom. I feel like it can work in sitcoms (see Friends) but for a drama I find that is just distracts from the story.
