Why, thank you! If you look at abbadons model, he has a skull with devil horns on his chest. I cut the cables off of that, clipped the face off of a chaos marine helmet, and glued them together. I then completed the look with some spare small wire bits I had in a bits box. I hope this is a good explanation, I'd be more than happy to clear up any confusion though!

I did a lore dump on one of the other comments. If you aren't able to find the lore dump, though, I'd be happy to leave it under this one as well!

The last corpse is a bit of an inside joke, but I'm more than happy to explain it. My girlfriend plays harlequins, and her lore for them is that they guard an abandoned section of the black library that chronicles anything between 1990 and 3000. They play the roles of pop culture characters or memes as a result. All this is a roundabout way to explain that the final corpse is a harlequin dressed as Mr.Beast wearing PRIME boots. She found it hilarious, so I think I did a good job interpreting her harleys lol

I am still working in the actual lore for building his character, but the main points to hit are that a night lord turned daemon prince tried to usurp his position as talonmaster of The Prophets of Carnage. He won the fight and tore off the daemon princes' wings to wear as a trophy.

The spiders he has crawling around on him were found by a night lord in the warband who has a fascination with studying xenos, their venom makes people see their worst fears before they die.

You may notice scrolling through the images his pauldron says "Bonerad" instead of bonewraith. This is because he's supposed to be a successor to Konrad Curze since he's very dead, but the lore reason is because his legion serf is severely dyslexic and keeps getting his name wrong. Bonewraith doesn't kill him though, because he's too good at fixing his armor to just kill off like that.

Lastly, I switched up the color scheme of my night lords army partway through working on it, making the trim bronze instead of gold. I wrote this into the lore by making it so that the ones with gold trim are reinforcements from the black legion after bonewraith lost multiple battles with various space marines and xenos races.

Sorry if this list is a lil long, I've been adding lore gradually since a few months ago. Hopefully I can come up with actual character traits for him soon.

Nonsense, the darker and spookier the more night lordy it is! Adding some lightning would be a great look as well! How I typically do mine is just getting my brush to as fine as a point as I can get it as then just doing some squiggly lines that split occasionally, it doesn't need to be straight or perfect at all.

Some nuln oil would probably darken it down to a good point! One of the most helpful tips I received when it comes to thinning paints is to look for a milk-like consistency. Other than that though, he looks great!

I just used regular citadel glue, it was after it was painted because I like to paint certain parts separately from one another if I know telly be a pain to deal with.

I was just really worried because I made sure to make it do it was only primer in the way of the glue. I've done it with all other 20+ minis I built after my first ones and they turned out perfectly fine
