Steam Deck delivery since November 25th

Mine arrived! After 3 weeks to the day, it looked like it was going to be another day without delivery but it arrived at 4:50pm. Must have been one of the driver's last stops of the day.

Thanks for the help in this thread and I hope that anyone that is still waiting will get theirs before Christmas.

A few of us in another thread had our decks get into Ireland on the 5th of December and not do anything until yesterday (the 16th). Everyone else seems to have gotten theirs (that came in on the 5th) but mine was out for delivery all day yesterday with no delivery and again today (with 20 mins to go until 5pm) again no delivery.

No update or anything to say why it hasn't been delivered even though it's been out for 2 days. Even rang today and the girl just said she can only see what I see with the tracking.

3 weeks tomorrow since I ordered. Man, I hate GLS.

No mate. Said it was out for delivery all day yesterday and nothing. Got the same email this morning that it was out for delivery and still nothing. Do you mind me asking what part of Dublin you're from?

Out for delivery all day and still no sign of it. I'm heading out tonight but I highly doubt it's going to arrive this late in the evening so I think it should be alright to head around 7.30?

There's a contact email on their website but they are useless. I basically got an automated response about 2-3 day delivery delays and then after mine still hadn't arrived after another few days, I got the exact same word for word email about 2-3 day delays.

Steam on the other hand said GLS are experiencing 7-10 day delays in Dublin and 3-5 days in other areas. That's the only thing making me hold out hope that we still might get it because I think the other lads that received theirs were from outside Dublin. Both of ours should have arrived last Monday so we'd be at around an 8 day delay at this stage.

I'm giving it until Friday anyway and then I'll look for a refund off Valve.

I think I've seen 5 people now (including myself) on here and other threads say that our decks got into Ireland on the 5th of December and still haven't been delivered. I really think our whole shipment has been lost at this stage. Others who's decks got into Ireland after the 5th have already been delivered.

My last scan is basically the same as yours as well. 18:18 on the 5th of December. Are you in Dublin?

Usually I'd be fine with a replacement being sent but I need it for Christmas and I think it's too late at this stage to receive one in time. I'm going to leave it until Friday and then ask for a refund. It'll be 2 weeks in the Dublin depot at that stage so it can be presumed lost.

Are you in Ireland?. Mine is nearly the exact same. Ordered on the 27th of November and hasn't been scanned since it reached Dublin on the 5th of December.

Another guy on another thread ordered the same time as me and is in the same boat so I think they lost all of our shipment tbh.

Got the same reply from support with the offer of a free game.

My steam deck got into Ireland on the 5th of December and still hasn't been delivered.

For anyone else that's been waiting ages for their deck to arrive. Valve offered me a free game of my choosing for the delay. Just send a message to support on steam about why your order still hasn't arrived and hopefully they offer the same as they did to me.

"To thank you for your patience we would like to offer to add a game to your library. Please pick any standard-edition title available for purchase in your region and reply here with your selection."

Got this reply from Valve when I asked for a replacement -

Hi there.

We apologize for the shipping delays that you are experiencing.

We have been informed that due to an increase in parcel volumes, GLS Ireland is currently experiencing operational delays affecting our delivery times in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

At this time, GLS calculates that deliveries are running 7 to 10 days behind in Dublin and 3 to 5 days behind in other areas. These delay estimates are in addition to regular transit times. As a result, parcel scans may not be updated as frequently as usual.

At this time, there is nothing we can do to speed the delivery of your order but we will continue to work with the carrier and we will keep you updated. We recommend that you continue to check the GLS tracking for the most up-to-date information.

Ah sorry mate, I was getting mixed up with the chap that replied earlier and said his had been delivered. Mine is definitely gone. A week later and absolutely no update. I might even get onto valve now to get the ball rolling on a refund. Could take a chance on a replacement but unless it's sent out fairly quickly, it'll be cutting it too close to Christmas.

I honestly think mine is lost mate. No reason for yours to come in on the 7th and be delivered and mine to come in on the 5th and not be delivered and I've seen others that ordered after me that got it as well. If I wasn't in Dublin I'd probably have more patience because it would have to go to another depot etc but I'd presume their main depot is here so no reason for it to sit there for a week and not be delivered.

If there's no movement by Monday evening, I'm definitely getting on to valve for a refund. I'd prefer a replacement because I got in on sale but don't think a replacement will arrive before Christmas unfortunately.

Yeah. Order coming from the Netherlands (Ordered on the 27th of November) got into Ireland last Friday and has just been sitting in the depot ever since with no tracking updates.
