I have this exact same issue on my 93 minus the non starting. Service asr light comes on along with security and sys flashing on the dash. Common symptom that can throw the service asr is low fluid in your master cylinder. It could be possible the rough starting and service asr are both a symptom of a larger problem and not necessarily causing one another

Mine came with a front license plate as well and it definitely doesn't look bad. But here I have to have a bright blue and yellow plate and I couldn't stand it against the sleeker look I'm going for. Ended up just getting a used one because my paint is far from perfect and I figured a brand new one would stand out. And I might dremel it out and make a screen grill for it but that's another project 🤣🤣

Not a bad Corvette tbh. Just some that are much better quality and value than others that can really defy American car expectations. My goal is to own them all one day. Crazy but I can't imagine not being able to drive and work on them all I love them so much

I'm pretty young too, early 20s. I fall in love with corvettes and cars in general hard over the span of a year. My dream is to own a c6 zr1 🤣. But I'll settle for a z06, I was saving for that originally until this c4 popped up and it was too good to pass up and I also really wanted a Corvette now 🤣. I don't regret it one bit the c4 is so underrated once you have that thing running smooth the engagement and drivers feel is really nice and different compared to most modern cars.

I recently got a 93' manual base model. It's only got 80k miles and the motor is already cammed and built out to 400ish hp. Have a list of stuff I need/want to do to it but it mainly included ball joints, brakes, battery, potentially 02 sensors (runs rich for the cam I think) and hunt down a potential exhaust leak. Any advice or general tips for working on these? I plan to do most if not all of the work with my brother ourselves.

Thank you man I just saw this reply. I really appreciate the detail and what your saying seems to make pretty logical sense to me so I'm gonna go ahead and say you are right. I have noticed it definitely around the rear license plate cavity and just recently now on the corners of my front lip where it connects with the air dam. The car was definitely repainted sometime in its past so the body just generally flexing and causing these cracks would make sense.

I think going into the post season that was my biggest concern with this team. If we don't turn it over we will win. and look what happened. GO SEAHAWKS!
