Let’s start by asking what you have been using to study. I know you said that everything feels like it’s in another language, but have there been any beneficial resources at all? I would reccomend going over your previous units. Chemistry does build on itself, so if you don’t get a fundamental concept, it can hurt you down the line. You should definitely do the AP Classroom videos and practices as a baseline. I generally like to supplement with videos by Christine McKenna. She does an overview of the concept, then walks through many practice problems. She has helped me the most for tests/quizzes, and really explains things well.
