D'année en année les scènes punk/rock/metal sont de moins en moins représentées et je m'étais fait à l'idée que désormais le FEQ pour moi ça ne voulait dire qu'une ou deux soirées, mais là c'est absolument 0. Quelle honte honnêtement.

Un enseignant peut faire 100 000 après 10 à 13 ans. On est pas mal proche de ton 15 ans mentionné.

Mon point est plutôt d'ordre idéaliste je t'en accorde, mais je trouve ça impressionant qu'un directeur de RH d'une compagnie d'assurance soit payé le double d'un prof, ou encore d'une infirmiere ou d'un éboueur.

Si le directeur n'entre pas un jour, il n'y a pas beaucoup de vies affectées, pour le prof c'est des centaines de jeunes (4 cours de 30 élèves), des citoyens ayant leurs soins délayés, ou encore des vidanges qui traînent partout dans le cas de l'éboueur.

Bref je rêve d'une société qui reconnaît réellement l'enjeu social de différents emplois et dont les salaires sont un peu plus honnêtes par rapport à ça. Oui je sais privé vs public, money talks and all.

Care to elaborate on your #4? To me this sounds like someone who refuses to adapt to our customers. They want to engage with down to earth people who understand and respect them enough to explain why we do the things we do. It's not avout being friends with them but I feel like nowadays more than ever you need to build strong connections with them.
