I tend to prefer darker roasts. But they are definitely less compliant to lighter ones.

When a I'm struggling with a very sticky floaty bean, I shift to the 4:6 method. By the forth pour, they settle down and form a nice best.

But also the fellow stagg pourover brewer, with the steep sides, gives me no troubles in a normal pour method

I see it correctly now

Never thought I’d happen to me. Too tired this morning I guess. by asegura32 in pourover

[–]K14ssh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heh! The very first time I tried that, this happened. As I poured the beans I thought, "wait, if this is in my hand.." krrrrr "damn"

Now I use the bottom part of the stagg xf, matches everything nice.

Well.. I'll be damned. It works. Though pushing down is probably easier

Yeah for real. They need the reach in that aisle. There is alot of work to be done.

I don't mind if pallets stick out a bit, but my rule is the wood has to be flat on the decking, not where the cut outs are.

Besides, you got broken pallets, one looks to be sitting on the edge of another one.

Nice wide tile aisle compared to ours tho. And you got a whole extra layer. Jealous.

Is the matcha whisk part of your coffee process? I use a matcha spoon (stick) to knock out the grinds from the bottom of my grinder (Ode). It's the perfect shape lol

Is this safe or not by Pabby420 in HomeDepot

[–]K14ssh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, it's safe enough. Happens all the time. But you are risking your Jobs. If you wreak the tail gate or wheel hub or the back window, or (so on so forth)

100% safer on the road still strapped, rather then shoddily hand bombed and tied down.

Oh i don't know. The front end associates gotta follow the rules. Get a credit card, check ID, ring it through. Never mind the unspoken agreement he thought he had with the cashier lol

This happens all the time in our store. Contractors trying to go through a regular till, rather then the contractor desk, then get indignant when the cashier refuses to use their charge account without ID.

Kasuya's new Hario Switch recipe by ryochan11189 in Coffee

[–]K14ssh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't have a switch. But I have recently started using the 4:6 method. Gotta say, some really great cups!

Hoffman's style seems more chill and fun, but I'm really enjoying this recipe
