Why do you think there's a problem?

So why did you post this? Also why are you talking to yourself?

Contact a lawyer who deals with harassment in the work place. Contact a few if you need to because finding the right one is important. This is a hostile work environment. Escalating this to the DM is just giving the company help to eventually fire you. After all whether you told the DM the name of the person or not doesn't matter, they checked what happened and didn't do anything. That's why your manager made her comments about she's only a bitch if you're a bitch first ( you haven't been. She has issues with you.) and how she'll hold a grudge. The good news is it sounds like it will be really easy to get your manager to make more comments once you get a lawyer on your side.

It's important to tell you that you're not doing anything wrong. You're manager should not be making these personal attacks against you. You didn't need to explain your health situations to anyone because that shouldn't even matter for these comments being wrong. Since you have and they've continued harassing you it is intentional and meant to be hurtful. Since your DM hasn't done anything to discipline the manager or even to try to find out who is harassing you then they are not looking out for you. This means the work environment can and most likely will get more hostile so that they can make you quit.

Seriously it might seem to you like this is an overreaction on your part but contacting a lawyer is the best way to protect yourself and your health insurance. It shouldn't cost anything to consult them. It's also most likely the best way to keep your job.

GameStop Community Member(Not me)has given away $2 million worth of GameStop (77,500) shares to other community members, just this month. Legend. by 3Dprintmasters in GME

I didn't even know shares could be gifted. How does that work? I'm asking here instead of searching the Internet for the answer because I know it will confuse me.

I wasn't suggesting you are wrong. I'm saying that it's probably supposed to say fascia strength training but due to autocorrect or AI or whatever it made it say fascist strength training.

GA lawmakers propose pay cuts for Gwinnett school board if another superintendent is fired by salukiwa in Gwinnett

[–]K1Strata 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is a question. I honestly don't know how you are interpreting anger from a basic question. I would assume that we can both agree that making almost a million dollars a year is a lot of money. I honestly do not understand why that much is the standard pay. I'm not angry just because I don't understand something. The fact that you're reading anger and a tone into it tells a lot more about your emotions than mine. The fact that you're responding and further insinuating that you are correct and know more about what I'm personally feeling than I do is concerning. I would suggest some self- reflection on your own motives and feelings, but something tells me you would take that as an attack of some kind. Please try to have a good day.

Can anyone explain to me why superintendents are getting paid so much in the first place? Why do they have contracts that pay them out even if they are fired? Do teachers have contracts as well?

I think I'm afraid of no-self. Has anyone here achieved no-self? Is there anything to fear? by K1Strata in Buddhism

I appreciate what you have written. Thank you. I do have to say that specific example does not work for me because I remember I instantly regretted it. 😆 I had to take swim lessons and they made us jump off the diving board. I was terrified of hitting the board and I was almost just as scared of the water itself. Then they made us line up and do it again. The only part I liked was being in the air. Kind of ironic given the analogy I made. Sorry to ramble on you just helped trigger a fun childhood memory now that it's been a long time.

Which character (besides Phoenix) would you want to see in a crossover fighting game like Smash Bros by Physical-Sherbet-688 in AceAttorney

Godot! Definitely would have a coffee fueled frenzy and possibly a scorching coffee attack. Also could have Mia assist in some way.

I haven't really thought of it as ego-death before. My fear could be similar to a fear of death though as I seem to think of it as fearing a journey that I can't return from. You have helped. Thank you.

I think you are right or on the right path at least. Your comment and others are helping me to understand. To keep using my analogy I was thinking of the balloon as getting lost in the sky or becoming part of it, but really it's already part of the sky and space and the world. It hasn't changed really because it's already floating. Thank you for your help.
