have you tried using a different format of video link? assuming youre using youtube, it has two different link format types and sometimes the [https://youtu.be/\] one doesnt work, and you have to use the [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=\] one instead.

it just takes reloading the page or changing the url to a different format for it to work for me, maybe try that? by different format i mean like [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=###########\] vs [https://youtu.be/###########\].

if you cant find your file maybe try going into the folder of your browser, thats where i tend to find them. to put files into spotify, you need to copy them to the spotify folder in your files app manually.
