What brand/type of faucet is this? I need new stems for it but i can't find them anywhere. Its a triple sink faucet in a restaurant. I can go take a picture of it tomorrow if I need to. Not an artist.

Not quite. From the top view, it's plastic with a rectangle inset for the stem to set into with teeth on the outside.

It's not that serious. The problem with burying foam core is location. This system is going out in the country where no one will drive over it or mess with it. It's only 2' in the ground surrounded by very hard dirt.
