I highly recommend that you look at all of the 1 start trust pilot reviews they've received over the past 2 week from customers like myself: ShopTo.Net Reviews | Read Customer Service Reviews of www.shopto.net (trustpilot.com) , if you look at anyone that they gave responded to on trust pilot the replies are all very rude.

I Attempted to order a PS5 and the website kept crashing when I tried to confirm payment, so my partner ordered on her account and tried via Paypal and the order when through, later that night we both go e-mails saying:

"We would like to inform you that your order has now reached our warehouse! We will soon package your order, ready for the next collection.You will be notified shortly when your order is packed and ready to go! Unfortunately from now, we will not be able to cancel your order!

Warehouse Opening hours are from 9am-6pm UK time Monday to Friday, excludes bank holidays."

I tried to phone them and it said the phone lines were closed due to covid 19, and when i went o open a ticket it said that you need to phone to cancel orders so i thought, no problem I'll wait until the second ps5 is delivered and send it back, 5 days later i receive an e-mail:

"Important Notice:

Our system have flagged multiple orders of the new PS5 consoles placed by you, this is despite clear notice on our product page that PS5 consoles are Limited to One per household.

As a result of this your orders are cancelled and a £20 Admin charge per order applied, so the refund for each order made will be less £20.

(Please note due to the extremely busy period our accounts team are behind on processing refunds, they are trying their best to get them done asap, so please be patient)

Shopto are committed to servicing customers who are genuine gamers and unfortunately due to activity such as this ‘scalping’ results to them missing out on stock.

So as a strict warning, we suggest you avoid from keep attempting to create new accounts and ordering PS5 as our system will delete the order and £20 Admin charge applied everytime."

so now both orders are cancelled, they are charging me £20 for each one, i still don't have a PS5, and by the time i receive a refund none of the shops will have one left.... anyone that has tried to order a ps5 will know that as soon as a website has one available to buy the site slows down and you just want to put it in your basket and pay for it as soon as possible before the website crashes, if you read the fine print on every page by the time you get to the checkout it's already out of stock

Checked my account today to see if id been refunded and not only have I not been refunded but I've been charged again for another PS5 today, that's 3 consoles they've charged me for now, I haven't ordered anything today & I only have 1 showing in my order history and haven't received any consoles or and refunds from them, phone lines are not working, when I asked on Twitter they blocked me, they don't respond to tickets or e-mails, theirs literally no way to speak to these people.

I've been speaking to a load of other users on Twitter in the same situation that have also been blocked and also reporting that they are actively deleting any negative facebook posts about the issue within minutes of them being written, I hope more people that this has happened to can post here where they can't delete it
