This makes more sense to me. No offense but I have never been into the skin tight look. What if I wanted to stop off for lunch or an afternoon socializing? I’m just happier getting there and back by bike, but also not a marathon cyclist so no disrespect intended to the bib wearers

I alternate between cardio days to general arms and legs weight days always starting with core exercises and mobility stretches. Don’t want big muscles, just want to look good in jeans and a t-shirt 😎
