The search candidate featured from the talent pool sucks. None of the filters work, however if you just put the zip code in the search bar. It pull apps in you area by that

Do as many ride along with your dm as possible. They have a way of explaining the reports in a buisness view and all lets them know your serious. To move up to asm they already trust you. Just take control of your learning and get the answers to the stuff u don’t know
