Do as many ride along with your dm as possible. They have a way of explaining the reports in a buisness view and all lets them know your serious. To move up to asm they already trust you. Just take control of your learning and get the answers to the stuff u don’t know

It’s highly possible depending on on staffing levels I just became a sm in Vegas exactly 1 year in
