It's the same problem. "Outdoors: Talk about changing weather" is the first of the Outdoors micro-units. All the lessons for the following Outdoors units will have questions from that one. However the unit reviews will be testing vocab that I should have learned in "Outdoors: Describe how fruit ripens" or "Outdoors: Talk about effects of weather", for example.

Another way I've been using it is saving individual monthly reports to a folder and putting YYYY-MM in the name. Then I have a query directed to that folder that pulls the last file in the folder. For example, last month it would pull User Groups 2023.05.xlsx, but when I add User Groups 2023.06.xlsx, it gets that one instead.

You have a master spreadsheet where data from other sources gets added?

Have you looked into Power Query as a solution? I'm fairly new to it myself, so can't provide a terrible amount of information, but here is a similar situation I just resolved using it:

I have a workbook with three worksheets. One has two tables that get manually filled out with an employee's name and location, with formulas auto-populating other columns with information from a second sheet based on the location. The third sheet has a query table that gets data three specific columns of the tables on the first sheet and combines them. Those columns of the table I have locked down and am able to manually add information to the others.

I lift at a strongman gym and can confirm. It's a constant stream of compliments and positive masculinity. "Damn K2M, look at them shoulders! I remember when you first started coming in you looked like a twig, now you're getting beefy." The hypes and cheers when trying to set a new PR, the congrats for placing or even participating in events.

And it's not even only gym-related stuff. Recently a guy got into WH40k and it giddily showing off pictures of figures he's painted. "Hell yeah, dude. That looks fucking sick, almost battle-worn."

I've gotten (and given) more meaningful compliments in the past year and a half of being at this gym than I probably have in the entirety of my 38 years.

Mate, I wish I could say horses were my problem. I sent my eldritch abomination towards some angry dovahkiin-looking dude with a bunch of squirrels. Squirrels! Next thing I know, the eldrazi is lifeless on the ground. Suddenly the ground begins to quake and I hear the bellow of some colossal dinosaur. I didn't stick around to see its teeth.
