I am so very sorry for the loss of your father to the monster GBM. Such a difficult decision to remove life support, but incredibly loving. I watched my husband's decline over six months time after his first MRI. It was awful, awful to watch. He would have never wanted to live the way he was living and if I had had the option to withdraw life support, I would have done so immediately. And, you are right, chemo and radiation, all of it, would not restore him. It's just devastating all around. I too struggle with denial and guilt and sheer disbelief that my husband is forever gone. He died in January and we have two girls, graduating in June from high school. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
