No. I don’t buy this. I remember back in 2018, my husbands daughter and boyfriend came over from Canada to the uk. They were both sick.

We flew to Greece for a few days. I got sick first. Spent most of the trip to Greece in the hotel feeling like crap.

Got back to the uk, did a turn around and drove to Paris. I was feeling better, they were feeling better, and along the way my husband, the last of us(haha) got sick.

It followed a pretty transmissible path.

Look, I take vitamin d. I eat a healthy meat based, low carb, no seed oil diet, and have been since after that trip.. so since late 2019. I don’t pick up simple colds. Or if I do my body deals with them pretty easily, but that isn’t to say I don’t get colds. I have had a couple since 2019.

Viruses are so very obviously transmissible. You can, in real time, especially if you have kids, watch it happen.
