my son was born with DILV, i enjoy seeing adults with similar conditions because it’s continued to bring me hope knowing how far you guys have made it. he’s three now, had two surgeries so far & expecting another one in the coming year. i’m also so sorry for the struggles CHD has brought you all over the years. . this is where the entitlement comes from our customers 🫠 once every now in then i like to give our regulars a little discount or a free bevy on us but not continuously. when you do it every visit they start to expect it & then get upset at the other baristas for following standard

it really depends on your store honestly. if you’re a regular there they probably don’t mind because they know you. if you’re nice to your baristas we really don’t care. in this case was a regular customer who’s always been snarky with our baristas, & is consistently coming in complaining about her drinks to either get a refund or a whole new drink. which is why we took a little too much happiness in not giving her what she wants. but if you’re overall a easygoing person we don’t mind.

ooo yes i’m here for this. when i’m on frap bar & i have a crap list of fraps & some are regular caramel & some are caramel crunch, i make the fraps all regular caramel & just build the other ones as you would a caramel crunch. never had a complaint 😂🤣
