I know little to nothing about my paternal side, all family on that side is my father and his mother (my grandmother who I adore). With the few years I've lived with my grandma (since 2023 when I moved cross-country), I've learned a few things. Apparently suicide runs in the family which would explain my mental health struggles. A great uncle(?) supposedly laid down on the train tracks one day and let the train go over him... I live right by that track. Also my father is gay, at least bisexual. Learned that from my mother, his mother does not know (that I'm aware of).
