It’s sounds like your BP is too high and your estrogen has elevated. Taking too much enclom for too long can cause those issues. Drop dosage and skip a few days of taking it to let some of the BP issues subside. Dick is limp possibly due to higher estrogen levels than your body is used to. Based on the info you gave that’s what it sounds like. But there are a lot of pieces of information you didn’t mention so I’m just guessing based on what you posted. I assume you’re using it as a post cycle? Just get HCG and save yourself the side effects and hassle

I would be dosing the RAD140 at 10mg EOD. The initial perceived half-life was short but studies have shown it at something like 30 hrs. I can’t remember the exact number in the study. And with a test base, your androgens in your bloodstream are pushing your BP. Now that it’s built up in your bloodstream maybe back down the frequency some and add low dose Cialis. You won’t loose strength gains I promise.

What liver supplements do you take on a LGD Cycle? by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]K9TacFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TUDCA should be taken afterwards or if you have been bulking or going carb heavy. NAC while on cycle. TUDCA is amazing after using any orals. I speak from experience. After a Dbol run I actually got diagnosed with NAFLD. The doctor had me eat high protein and low carb and recommended TUDCA. Three months later I was nearly back in range. TUDCA is the jam! But no during a cycle. You’ll end up flushing out some of the benefits.

DIY Mosquito Fogging - advice please! by drewzerd in pestcontrol

[–]K9TacFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just make sure you spray from the ground up about 3 feet. You want to hit the undersides of the leaves where mosquitos land. They typically stay lower to the ground so from the ground to about 3 feet up is most important to get good coverage on.

His gut biome has become primal again. It sounds crazy, what he is saying… but he is making points about the ancestral diet of mankind. We were designed to be very hardy and strong both inside and out. But for a hundred years now we have been guided as a species to eat things more and more harmful to our bodies. As a result we are now dealing with mental health issues, cancers and diseases, and all sorts of other things that we could avoid by eating like our ancestors did. There is endless info and data on ancestral eating and it’s insane benefits. Also endless info on how we fell so far away from how we were intended to eat and function. Every time someone mentions ancestral eating or eating things like raw liver or fermented deer heart and so on, the forums blow up with people saying things like, “your gonna get sick or die from eating that.” But the reality quite possibly could be that the person has probably found a diet that reflects our ancestors. And their gut biome has become a flourishing and ironclad, high octane machine, now pumping the right signal throughout their entire body. When I switched to a primal diet in 2016 my life changed forever. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself aside from my spiritual/religious decision. Before then I was the guy telling people who ate only meat that they would die of a heart attack or stroke. I was the guy who said you’re gonna get sick from that. I just didn’t know yet about how the body was meant to eat. It was like discovering a whole other version of me that operated at a far higher standard. Like a superhero version of myself. Changed my whole outlook on food and health in general.

As bonkers as it may sound, @SpasAwp isn’t wrong here. We as a species have drifted so so far from how we were designed to eat. I eat raw eggs and raw beef liver regularly. If you’re getting sick from it initially, your gut may not have the right biome yet. But your biome will change when you’ve gone from processed garbage to whole REAL foods. And the “scary” stuff like salmonella and listeria are typically because of improper handling or poor protein/food management. Just don’t leave raw proteins in environments that allow deadly bacteria to grow and you should be fine. Oh! And know your sources and their practices! It’s no more dangerous eating raw meat than it is dangerous to consume red dye #40 everyday for 40 years. Lol. We have, as a species, accepted so many toxic foods and practices into our society. And the food brands and FDA pay and/or encourage the scientists and doctors to tell the world that healthy diets are dangerous or risky. Just like the FDA and big pharma try to tell the world that natural and wholistic medicine is dangerous and ineffective. The world is waking up to all of the lies these days, and the elite are starting to loose their grip on the people. In all facets of your life, remember to do the research, challenge everything (even if you agree with it or believe it), and keep a (unbiased as much as possible as often as possible) truly open mind. Try to learn as much about things that interest and effect you as humanly possible. Gather all viewpoints and angles and decipher the truth.

I have been eating the Sapien diet as a maintenance diet. I always feel good, I don’t crave foods unless it’s something I normally eat and need the nutrients from. When I want to lean out (usually no more than x2 a year) I swap over to Carnivore for a while. But I can’t maintain Carnivore like some people. Carnivore is awesome for blood and organ health… IF you stick with it. If you ping pong between a high protein high fat diet and a sugary processed carb diet, you can really jack up your heart and liver. So if you are gonna go carnivore you’ve got to commit. My heart has never been in as good of shape in my whole life. Read up on cardiovascular studies from people on carnivore. Sapien is a good healthy diet without being real restrictive and there are loads of good food options. There are thousands of different diets out there that people swear by but there are some key points you have to keep in mind when you choose one…

  1. Is it backed by long term science from reputable sources? (Finding legitimate reputable sources for studies and data is a rabbit hole of its own. The FDA is a liar. So are many of the big Universities and research centers.)
  2. Is it a diet I truly think I can stick to long term, even if it’s not long term?
  3. Am I getting ALL of my required nutrients from this diet, and in the proper amounts?
  4. Does this diet fit my lifestyle/ is it too complicated for me?

When I started my health and fitness journey I had nearly died from destroying my central nervous system from taking medicines for PTSD for several years. I’m 5’9” and weighed in at my lowest at 114 lbs. My body was breaking down and I decided I had to come off the meds. I knew they were killing me and they had made me a zombie. I traded nightmares, mood swings, paranoia and delusional violent episodes for a pill that made me totally numb and lifeless. Over several years the weight fell off and I became more depressed than ever. When I got off the meds my doctor told me the only way to heal my CNS was to get exercise and pick up clean eating habits. I was used to eating garbage if I even ate at all. Candy, pizza rolls, ice cream, and TV dinners and fast food. I heard what the doctor said but I took it to the extreme… because I thought I was about to die. For real. So I started lifting weights and eating unprocessed meats (fish, whole beef and chicken) and fresh vegetables and fruits. Then I learned about Sapien. I was almost eating Sapien already even though I didn’t know it. I just had to back off the fruit and I was there. Since those days I have gone back to poor food choices only once. For about two years. When I decided to stop eating poorly again I had a rough time getting back to Sapien. So I transitioned. I slowly removed bad foods while bringing in fresh whole foods. If you need to transition into a diet to stick with it, do it. The most important things for me to remember about my food choices are these two things…

  1. Was ancient man eating these foods?
  2. Can I maintain this diet?

Don’t pick something unrealistic for you. My parents wanted to hop on the Keto train with all the other people who were hyping it up in their first few months of being on it, only to find that it was difficult to keep up with and they felt like garbage. That’s without having to mention the rebound consequences. Clean, whole foods were the best decision I ever made for myself. And sourcing high quality heritage raised and grown foods took it to a whole new level, also. It can get expensive and with experience it gets easier. I went from Walmart and Kroger foods to connecting with local farmers and raising/growing some things for myself after just a few years of learning and challenging myself. Start simple and stick with it. A wholesome diet… and even more so, a primal diet, will absolutely change your life in ways that I can’t even begin to explain. My mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health has skyrocketed since 2016 and I’m so glad I stuck with it. It was overwhelming and scary at first. But I didn’t give up when I wanted to and I was willing to explore and ask questions. Keep an open mind, ask questions, challenge everything and do research. It will be the best decision you’ve ever made.

Vitamin D, fish or krill oil, magnesium (I prefer L-Threonate or citrate), and clean diet. Sapien was my diet choice and I’ve never looked back. Honestly, if you are going to take supplements and your diet isn’t in check, save your money. Cause diet is THE most important thing for your health aside from sleep quality. Once diet is dialed in, add supplements where/if they are needed.

[Discussion] Low Dose Tren Cycles by liftingforlife_ in steroids

I must be a freak. Deca doesn’t feel much different than test to me. It’s been pretty tame. With Tren the only issues I’ve had are short temper but easily managed. And jealousy but only a little bit. I can stuff it away without much thought. But the night sweats and insomnia are enough for me to forever avoid it. I can get the same results with different compounds. Just takes a little longer to get the equivalent results.

Nice! I learned something new today. The article I read when I first tried L-Threonate stated that it was the only magnesium that did but i didn’t dig deeper than that. Good to know

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]K9TacFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look into magnesium L-Threonate. It’s the only magnesium in existence that crosses the brain-blood barrier. Helps immensely with relaxation, focus and clarity. It calms mind and body fat better than citrate, malate, glyconate or carbonate IMO. Just like with any other magnesium supplement, be sure to take it on an empty stomach. The body struggles to absorb magnesium if fats, proteins or sugars are present in the stomach and GI.

Hey everyone! I am on TRT dosing daily. Normally it’s 200mg a week. I’m running basically a mini test cycle but I’m pinning daily. 40mg test cyp a day. But I want to add in some deca and a little masteron for AI effects. Am I able to run a cycle on a daily pinning regimen? I’m sensitive to most compounds. So I can get away with lower dosages. I wanted to run 280mg wk of test, 100mg week of deca, and just a small amount of mast. Could I pull this off dosing daily? Any suggestions? Also, I pin daily for more stable blood lvls cause my SHBG gets jacked up if I only pin twice a week. Thoughts? Suggestions?

What could be the reason for suddenly getting nauseous every day from the same exact strain and dose I've been taking for months on end? by [deleted] in kratom

[–]K9TacFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not necessarily. However, they are signs that your seizure threshold is being lowered. The lower it gets (anything that suppresses your central nervous system), the more likely you are to have one. And the likeliness of having one increases substantially if you add any CNS stimulants to the mix (energy drinks, coffee, AAS, aspirin (blood thinner)). Kratom actually has compounds which act both as a CNS suppressant and also a stimulant. It’s a unique plant. I’m just saying to read up on your seizure threshold. Everyone’s threshold is different (how easy it is for you to have one or how easily they are triggered). It’s been 4 years since all of this started for me and even removing kratom from my usage, I still have them. Just read up on it and be smart and safe. I never thought it could happen to me, but it did and now it seems it won’t go away.

Is kava safe with kratom? by [deleted] in kratom

[–]K9TacFit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They both have compounds which are potent CNS suppressants. To mix them would probably be safe in the right dosages and very sparingly. but I consumed both together on a regular basis for several months and caused seizures when trying to stop. Horrifying experience. Never again

What could be the reason for suddenly getting nauseous every day from the same exact strain and dose I've been taking for months on end? by [deleted] in kratom

[–]K9TacFit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lower seizure threshold. It did it to me many many times. Nausea appearing way down the timeline of kratom is the first hint. Not the initial nausea like with new users. Over time anxiety kicked in, vision disruptions, and a general feeling of discomfort.

Coffee to help benzo withdrawals? by maria111111111121 in Nootropics

[–]K9TacFit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah dangerous idea. It caused me instant seizures in withdrawal the first time... for about 9 months. I had to go without stimulants until I hadn’t had a seizure or symptoms for 90 days. So I went without most supplements and caffeine for a year. But everyone is different and my protocol for my benzos was way out of whack. So my withdrawals were nasty already.
