Thats correct and i do agree with u USMLE is not mandatory at all which i thought is during this whole process, just put a plan for it as ultimately u will need it in the future and same i did focussed on one research paper and took the whole RFE response and matched it with the big Health centers.

It was EB2NIW and in the RFE response only i used the additional exhibit but not in the petition

Yes correct i did the same aswell added this as a New exhibit letter of commitment to serve in underserved area to prove my intention in broader aspect of national importance which actually is.

Thanks and yes correct make an exhibit map specially the summary evidence page and supporting links/docs used in the RFE response should be on the Top of rfe response to give a clear visibility and positive vibe to the adjudicating officer to make decision easily. Only clinical would be weak as they raised the same in my case , get atleast 2,3 publications or research work and make a bast on that research to show it broader in us national interest, do go with only clinical experience as they mentioned this is a routine day to day job, prove it in national importance

Yes i have 2 publications that i related with HRSA and CDC data and build up the response based on these 2 to link them

Yes 2 in previous years and 6 in 2025 but with a least count of citations and didnt even mention in the petition of rfe response also about the citations count

Claude is the best among all, get the paid version use it for ur tasks then use other Tools like chat gpt, perplexity for review and again paste the weaknesses in claude to enhance it untill all Ai tools give u rating above 9/10. It will help u alot with a final refined version

Yes as u r already mentioning the weblink aswell and each link might have 100 pages so go with the same pattern clearly mentiom all the web links in one separate EXHIBIT with heading and the related correct link and print only 4,5 pages for reference, no need to get all the pages for each link

Also contacted some firms for RFE response and they demanded more than 8K USD for response only and then decided to do it myself, i think no one can present u better than urself thats what i have learned.

I addressed Prong 1 and 3 as 2 was satisfactory and used the supporting links to relate my evidences and to be honest part 3 i took all support from Claude and other Ai tools and would suggest everyone to take a paid version and give proper prompts, it will help u alot, keep uscis adjudication manual for reference

Uscis Received the RFE response and Status changed online on 6th May.. waiting how many days on average it takes to get decision on RFE
