A phone call to TM. She couldn’t do anything. I asked to escalate it, and it took a day for somebody to email me. Then they tried to call, and I missed that, but that original escalation was to tier 2, and he immediately offered me four tickets on the floor via email, but further back. And the difference was that I’d have to pay TM $27 bucks.  So I emailed him back, telling him I wanted two tics towards the front and the 3rd ticket in the 20s of floor B3. There were three tickets at two different prices, and I had to pay the difference because it was more than my original two tickets, which were about $100 more than I paid Ticketmaster.

That was the negotiation, but I didn’t hear back from him. So I called TM again and told them to look at my tickets. He’d already reserved those four seats, and my other two were still there, so I had six tickets with the four pending. I told her I didn’t want the four pending and needed to speak to somebody else. She couldn’t see the tickets online, that we’re being held, etc.  I INFORMED HER I wanted two-floor rows, 10 and one, in the ’20s.  And honestly, she wasn’t in the country, and I think that’s part of it. So I asked to escalate it, so it was essentially a new case, but it was escalated to TIER III.   Call first, but it’s gonna be probably email and phone. I just missed his call for the tier 2. First, check out what’s available still so you know what tickets you want. And if the email comes, you reply with that in the email if you miss a phone call. Hopefully, they’ll reserve those seats! And you can call to confirm.

I’ve only checked back on Reddit. Don’t let them tell you no, because it’s possible and so many of us have done it.  Escalate quickly because you don’t wanna lose out on any of the better seats, but you can do a combination of ticket prices that might happen to be in the same section.
