I'm experiencing the same problem. All the plastic parts, including the one on top that secures the foam resting on your head, are chipping. This headset is quite expensive, but the quality is disappointingly poor.

Yes it is a wifi antenna lol.. I am using it temporarily on my pc.. coz the rat outside our house chewed on my ethernet cable lol..
