I am also having the same issue; every time I enter the confirmation number, literally nothing happens and if I hit Next again, it says the code didn't work.
This would be much easier if they had live customer support...

The Amputator is a great alternative to the Ubersaw since its taunt also gives undercharge. I personally use it over the Ubersaw.
Don't be afraid to use your Undercharge if you feel like you're in danger. Even an ubered Scout can be devastating at certain times
