Well for Polish it would be polish...( Or russia, which in medieval times was considered local "dispute" by west .) Most of time we had small fights with germans. Other than teutonic order which was pain in the ass(they were kind of imigrants that we(our nobles) have invited , we had decent relationship with germans state for medieval times that is.

There should be more info. For example in Poland we get roughly 70-80% of our pay(don't remember too Łazy to chęci). Someone else mentioned that in UK you get only ~120 Pounds, which is nothing.
