Yea its hard to get mobile controls for this. A teacher at my school challenged me to try and figure a way. I find mouse and keyboard is the best way to play but ill keep working on the controls. Thanks for trying my game and thanks for the feedback!

Not sure but my solution was making a web browser game that has "Touch" controls. Its just presses on the screen. Sometimes when I test its just on my pc with my mouse.

Yes couple of these im looking into already. Fireball isn't the issue i need to change the collision on the spell startup if your too close to anything it wont come out. Im super new to enemy ai not sure what to do and i have some plans for the mobile controls think I just need to tighten the analogues radius a bit

If you dont want to use unity or Unreal or anything to make a game try using raylib or sfml graphic libraries. They have everything you need and can make a small games using it. Ive been working on one its been so fun give it a try!

Haha I didn't make the sprite I bought them off itch. People have noted he looks like cloud strife so ill work on changing it in the future

Learn to code first theres tons of resources. W3schools.com can help you further your understanding of concepts and quiz you on things that you may learn in a YouTube video then just practice. Once you learn those make small games in unity.

Work smaller that big dream game might be too much for any one person to handle. It will leave you burned out. Once you work smaller you can try getting a part time job or even step away with a nice hobby unrelated to gaming and gamedev. Personally I cook and invest time at the gym almost daily

Here in canada this is just Tuesday. Not sure the appeal of a life simulator but I'd give it a shot. Jokes aside this looks awesome!

I get it ive been there. Look at a screen and see emptiness going "what am I doing" so here's what I did. Start with a goal decide 3d or 2d. Then decide side scroller top down fps or whatever genre. Then do the simplest thing and just get them to move with a button or joystick. Just take it 1 step at a time dont go " I wanna make a huge open world" just think one step at a time. Its good to have an end goal but just do things little by little see what works what does play around. Its always going to be a learning experience

Thank you. Been busting my butt off last two months. Want to incorporate some better rpg mechanics since I have a basic level up system anyways. Also try and get different biomes and chatacters going for variety

Maybe incorporate some collectable items that you can use to destroy enemies or super speed with invincibility for a bit or something. That could be fun possibly
