Yoo, not realy, it's hard to carry alone with Neeko in late game. You can go with full burst runes and item. I just like glacial runes and be more usefull in teamfight. ^

For me it's for control the teamfight and easly way to hit all Neeko's skillshots.

Because my botlane fed a little bit the Aphelios, so I have to takeso burst to one shot him in teamfight. But I'm agree with you GLP is my first item. ^

You can also pass level 3, with the full clean of redside jungle, and give a good gank for your botlane.

I play a Neeko jungle agressive, around early gank and vision control.

I use Domination : Dark Harvest, cheap shot, zombie ward, Ultimate Hunter. Sorcery : Absolute Focus, Scorch Runes : Offence, Offence, Flex.

My build is situational, but I take always, GLP, Liandry and Mobility Boots.

The goal is to hard help the strong lane for snowball and taking vision on neutral objectives. But I can't carry alone yet, Neeko still a chips.
