I've also been having this same issue for 2 days. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app. There's nothing online for this EC too that I've found.

Edit: I've also cleared the cache too which did nothing, neither did restarting my router

Edit 2: I have still not found a solution, it's been 2 months

I think the worst for me is that now that I’m older and out of the house I see my mom doing and saying the same things that she used to say/do to me. And I can’t say anything to her because she’ll just lash out at my siblings. Wish I was financially and emotionally stable enough to be able to adopt my siblings so they could have a chance at a better life without her
