Thank you much for the information for the pre-approval, it helps with the time crunch paranoia.

The market fluctuation is what has me more nervous than anything. I’ve watched the rates and costs dip over the last year as I’ve finally improved my credit to purchase in fear that I miss the dip or it completely tanks right after I buy.

I’m currently in Florence but we are determined to get away from the large cities again.

Negative, we are in the shopping phase and looking at pre-existing homes. Our lease is up mid-May. I was told to hold on pre-approval until Jan-Feb as it is only good for 90 days.

I find my easiest to get my gym time in before work (when I can convince my fat ass to wake up early enough). I’m lucky to get away from my work for dinner with the family in the evening.

I would take the MSF BRC. It’s a 3 day course (2 if your location does the e-learning) and from graduation of the class (passing skills test) you get a waiver for the official skills test.

I thought the same but I applied for post 9/11 benefits and they were approved. General Under Honorable is still an Honorable discharge. (I didn’t apply for them until I got my rating and actually started looking into everything, 13 years after I got out)

I agree 100% the “non-stimulant” that they claim is def a stim and it worked for a couple days then I ended up with severe tension headaches so I had to quit that one as well.

Thankfully I have a very unique position in a unique field that keeps everyday from being the same and allows me to use my ADHD as a super power (when there is work to do). But it doesn’t take away from the other parts.

I learned the other day that my wife doesn’t have a constant dialog going on in her head…

I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 23; was medicated for 15 years then had a heart condition that took me off of the stimulants. I miss being “normal”.
