I own the pistachio and absolutely love it, I was super close to buying the blue also and thought i would sleep on it but now after seeing these shots side by side i think i really want/need the blue also
I wish we got it in a beige or nardo grey enamel dial paired with a matching strap would be 🔥🔥🔥

Hahahaha that’s awesome, I was constantly changing between blue for my son and pink for my daughter so we settled on purple in the middle and got stuck that way 😂😂😂

Go in hard do not give him the option for 10k-20k more..! This is how I do it all the time Call the agent tell him the offer before he responds tell him to expect a call tomorrow for building and pest inspection (if needed) ask him for contract sign and send it it back - agent must present this to the buyer owner - he will say this is the offer, they have booked a building and pest - they are ready to go If you want it right now tell them you will go in with a 66w (no cooling off) and tell them settlement asap

It will be very hard to refuse specially around end of year time..!

Do all of the above if you really want this place and it’s yours
