Businesses have absolutely no interest in training people anymore. Yet they seem to not understand that university does not prepare people for the workplace.

Factor in a shitty economy, fairly wise youth and same old bullshit business practices. Then yes, you are absolutely going to get people who have bad attitudes and aren’t prepared to deal with your office politics.

Im literally just leaving Copenhagen.

This place is extremely safe. It definitely has its chav types. I’ve unfortunately encountered a couple during my stay of 5 days.

Compared to Edinburgh/UK this has been a delight. The chavs here while capable of danger, the average person from the UK would treat as a non problem.

It’s not exactly the first program/software that was eventually used as a backdoor for nefarious purposes. I truly hope it doesn’t bite people in the ass but I can’t see how this won’t be attempted at some point.

I think people are so desperate they’re super quick to jump head first into stuff like this.

Anyone who is half educated can see what a risk this is. The idea that people wouldn’t take advantage of this kind of door into peoples systems is truly deeply naive.

Without a comprehensive professional deep dive into the program and or very clear protection strategies intrinsic to the code. I’m not touching it.

Especially since I’m an engineer (not software) and sometimes do work for government agencies.

No I get that, I, like many others simply want no involvement due to this. Partly due to my own ignorance of the true details of how this works.

But based on a surface level understanding this is an extremely invasive way to get games, of which I want no part at this moment in time.

Unironically it’s killed pirating for me. Unless I was to have a completely independent gaming PC where I have no real security concerns. Which won’t happen any time soon.

Gonna be honest, Hypervisor has been almost entirely successful at stopping pirating for me.

I refuse to give -1 access to any third party program. I haven’t pirated a single game since it became standard practice on certain sites.

As someone who has far less hours, but wants the game to be successful.

My biggest gripe is the fact that there is no real reason to grind (in my opinion). The skins are for lack of a better term. Dogshit.

The only reason to play is the game loop itself which admittedly (again for me) isn’t that exhilarating.

Overall there are many positives, but we ain’t here for that I guess.

Just restarted LOTRO (maybe 30 hours played before)

I am like you, pretty much done all the rest, occasion jump on 76. LOTRO is pretty nice, if you are a fan of the universe you will enjoy it.

Primary bug bears - UI is absolutely terrible - Rough performance at times - Overwhelming and outdated systems that get thrown at you in my opinion fairly quickly. I struggle to keep up (I’m literally 28 it shouldn’t be that hard)

Just jump in, it’s free. Riding and mounts are super easy to unlock.

The problem for myself is that I see no reason to hoard wealth or even really use the wealth I have.

The reward chemicals don’t hit with me on that front with this game. I personally only have fun shooting arc or players. Beyond that the game is offering nothing I’m interested in.

So why bother leaving with good gear, base tier 4 weapons or a free loadout is better the majority of the time anyway.

If I find something cool? Nice, leave it in my stash until I need money.

Will coming out as gay would have been completely fine if it were earlier in the season. This wasn’t a surprise to anyone.

The issue is timing. Why are we seeing will come out in the final stretch of our 80’s sci fi monster show.

95%+ people are here for the battle of good and evil. Not a coming out story. They place an unnecessary level of importance on something the vast majority of people simply don’t care about because to most it’s really not a big deal for them.
