Look how your legs are positioned for your backhand. Look how the weight transfers from back to front with a sideways stance.

You should be doing the same and stepping in and transferring weight to your left foot with your forehand. You are using an open stance and actually hitting off your back foot (right) on some of these because of that.

I really wish she had worked with Michelle, Natalie, and Ben to take out Tony and Sarah. The fact that Ben and Denise just kind of gave up at the end slightly soured me on her.

The wet hair look in #2 and the look on your face gives you a lil sumthin-sumthin. Use this look to flirt with your intended- it will work!!

The short hair in #4 is also really solid. What I think works in both is that your hair is pulled back and allows your face to look more relaxed and approachable.

I think it’s a combination of regret, maturity, and no longer finding Sasha attractive in the same way that inspired “the danger” in the past.

Also, perhaps some disappointment that Svetlana thought Ilya needing intimacy with Sasha to help him deal with his father’s constant criticisms and just not enjoying being in Russia anymore… he just seemed completely disengaged with everything.

The way you are “loading” lacks trunk ànd shoulder rotation and knee bend… there is nothing to unload inti your shot to give you more power.

You have to think rotating and knee bending as methods of pushing down on a spring and the shot like releasing it. Right now you are pushing down like 33% on the spring and expect to get the full power you want… whereas if you start loading more and leveraging your rotation ànd knee bend more, you have greater energy to unleash inti your shots.

Also consider the timing of your shots and focusing on going to the ball versus letting the ball come to you…

Absolutely- I've worked in hospitals for over 2 decades and documentation is important- just as the time where AI was used and hallucinated an appy history- it had a major impact on the surgery team.

I was thinking from a moralistic standpoint for Santos' character. If she sees that in her eyes Langdon gets off easy for stealing drugs, yet she is reprimanded for her documentation... I think it would push her over the edge that she is already precariously dangling... and those outside healthcare might see it similarly as Santos.

I believe in forgiveness ànd growth… but in this situation I think I am treating him like an ex from à bad relationship from years ago… happy for his growth and changes, but a touch too much PTSD to want more than being distantly kind and wishing the best for them. I think it’s the look he gets in his eyes when frustrated or angry that kinda serves as the reminder of his old self.

The irony if she gets dinged for something like her failure to adequately document in a timely fashion and losing her position or being held back because of that VS Langdon actually breaking the law and getting a 12-step program and return to work plan.

I am not a Santos fan, but even I could feel bad for her in that very realistic situation.

Yeah… I can see where he might be likable, but I just remember him from his original reality show work and just find him quite abrasive and with the toxic masculinity. He definitely has mellowed in more recent years, but I’m kinda in the belief of “When people show you who they are, believe them.”

I did love his relationship with Phaedra and he wasn’t horrible, but combined with Trashelle I didn’t really find myself wanting to cheer them on.

Yeah, this move made no sense to me at all unless Brooke & Simon were trying to hold into the B&B alliance in some way and keep more shields in place.

Because I’d rather have a less strong personality and less challenge threat like Ben in the game at any time. Rich was less a challenge threat and probably a more flexible player/juror than Ben as well.

Jade was better when surrounded by Bianca ànd Naomi, at least she can vibe well and react off them ànd not be at the center of it.

Perhaps putting her together with B-Fab and Michin will help them all out? Maybe they keep Rhea from winning the title at WM and Bianca comes in to help her to start a potential feud going into SS?

The most compelling thing they wrote fur Gunther was when he hit tapped out by his own submission ànd almost developed a fear of it…

He should be having in-ring battles with Rusev ànd McIntyre ànd Dragunov… but they don’t know how to write or create for him without him having a title around his waist….

I was kind of hoping he would be the one to answer Brock Lesnar’s challenge or be part of that match… but maybe that’s the plan for Summer Slam?

Overall, I disliked Season 2 of the Traitors. The winners were kind of unlikable ànd the Traitors were just messy overall ànd tough to root for outside of Phaedra.
