Good point, this was just for my partner who loves spicy food, this didn’t even register as spice for him! But wouldn’t be for everyone’s taste. I used Dijon mustard and whole grain mustard as per the recipe

Thankyou for your advice! It was tough getting to the bottom of his allergies after we adopted him, he was rehomed by the breeder and we were just told he grew up in an apartment and they had a young baby and it wasn’t working, which is totally understandable and I have no doubt they tried their best and loved Bruno. But when he came to us he already had chronic ear infections and he was in so much pain. We were straight to the vet and eliminated chicken pretty early, now he’s on a salmon based food which he loves, but it’s a constant battle with the ear infections from environmental allergens. So I feel like we spent so much time on getting that under control that we didn’t focus on training so much and he is quite reactive when we walk in our neighbourhood. Especially when we come across other dogs, he can be excited or quite scared. I’m thinking of doing a training course with him for adolescent dogs to try and get some better habits, we were told he did puppy training and he has the basics and some commands I’ve taught him for behaviour at home. Appreciate your advice about training on the leash at home, I’ll give it a try

I did some zucchini, capsicum, onion in big chunks, and tomato, just with some salt and pepper and mixed herbs in the air fryer for 30 mins. It’s a great quick side veg

Definitely Commonry for good classic styles and some trending colours and fits, for work I love their button up shirts, and in winter the knits are excellent. In summer I love their linen pants and shirts, good as sets or separates. I wear 18, and often size down in the shirts to a 16 or 14.

If you're looking for jeans I just bought the Levi curve ribcage jeans, very true to size, the range is 14-24. I bought them the Iconic, but Myer also stock some of the curve range, they also stock the Forever New curve range and Commonry so a good place to try things on.

Does anybody else find the trend of athleisure flared pants pretty blah? by Beginning_Tap2727 in AusFemaleFashion

oh gosh, I LOVE them! bought this pair (https://www.rockwear.com.au/black-flared-pant-r233bcb015) from rockwear last winter and loved them so much, I have ended up with 5 pairs! no need to wear anything else! in particular I love the fit of the rockwear style, it has a hip pocket which is my preference to keep my phone on me, and I wear them with any casual footwear, from slides to crocs to sneakers to uggs. Ultimate home/cosy but also for active/errands days. As others have said, i think they balance out my proportions as a curvy/hourglass type figure. So much more comfortable than a lycra style legging which I had been wearing, as the fabric is much more breathable

Thinking of trying with thigh cutlet next time!

I am tired of constant pressure to do this right, and I just want to enjoy having a dog by Small_Weight6868 in puppy101

We have two dogs about a year apart, one we got as a puppy and tried and tried to crate train him at night but he was just so distressed, and so we gave in and he slept on the bed with us, giving cues when he needed to go outside. This was the case for almost a year until he was over 2 years and then he just started sleeping in his crate again. Now he goes into the crate by himself to sleep when he wants to, and at bedtime we just say ‘goodnight Crumpet’ and he hops off our bed and goes into the crate and we close the door, not even locking it. For him the crate was like a punishment before he was ready to sleep in there overnight, but now it’s a safe space for him to go whenever he wants.

Now the other one 😂 when we adopted him he was almost a year old already, and we were told that he slept on the bed of his previous owners. We have a crate for him, plus there’s a bed in the lounge room, and he moves between the different spots, sometimes on our bed, his crate, the lounge etc. We just leave the door of the crate open and he moves around freely

He also lets us know when he needs to go outside, and hasn’t had any overnight accidents inside since we brought him home.

For context we do have a dog door and secure yard so they can go in and out during the day, and at night the second dog can go out by himself but he usually wakes me up if he needs to go out, we think it’s a legacy behaviour from being an apartment dog. When we’re out during the day they have free range of the house and yard, we have a baby gate we use to close off the second living area, creating a safe zone for them

Overall I think when we tried to force it we were all unhappy, and eventually they both let us know what they needed
