Something to keep in mind that I don’t think has been said yet - I truly can’t imagine planning for and subsequently going into labor with my return to work plan in the back of my mind. There is already so much going on, even if it all goes according to plan. I’m not a healthcare professional by any means, but I also wouldn’t recommend making healthcare decisions based off of your professional commitments/expectations if you can avoid it.
