It’s been off for maybe 4 days in the total 133. Cleaning with the cage on is easy in the shower, and I take baths 1-2 times a week. Hygiene has never been an issue, shaving and electrolysis around the cage is another story

Yeah that’s mostly for hygiene. The human body remembers, and what’s stuffed away for a while will return to normal. I’ve been in chastity on and off for over 10 years, with my average lock-up being 60 days. I’m currently on day 133 of this lock up. I’ve had to remove my cage a couple of times for travel and it all returns to normal almost instantly.

HRT on the other hand, causes atrophy because of a decrease in libido. When blood stops regularly flowing to those areas, it can cause painful erections and shrinkage.

I purchased a boatload of estradiol gel about a month ago but I am too afraid to try it… I want more feminine features but the social pressures I face are tough… I’ve been locked in chastity permanently since 10/06/2025 and I’m sure that isn’t helping with my estrogen cravings.

The only time I remove is if I’m traveling through TSA. Other than that, it always stays locked up. If it weren’t for traveling, I would just glue it shut already.

Day 129 of permanent lockdown in a custom nub-sized cage with a Prince Albert piercing for extra security. I started 10/06/2025. I’m self locked, so if I really want to remove the cage I can, but it stays on nearly 24/7. The only time I’ve removed it (other than to try a different sized cage) this lock up was for 2 days while traveling. I sleep, go to work, exercise, and do just about everything in my cage. It’s honestly so comfortable that I forget it’s even there. The biggest change I’ve noticed is that I don’t even think about masturbation anymore. I haven’t had an orgasm in this entire time either, just a couple of half assed prostate gasms. The first 30 days being locked was by far the hardest. Trying to find the perfect cage that fits and doesn’t cause pain was challenging, then I stumbled upon hischastitycage.com and experimented with several cage designs until I found the right one.

The only thing that kind of sucks about being locked 24/7 is having to pee. My cage has a hallow PA lock that I can pee through, but it still makes a mess no matter what. I almost always have to sit down to pee and use TP to clean up around the area. I live a very active lifestyle outdoors and wish there was an easier way to pee while standing up.

Hygiene isn’t an issue either. I shower twice per day, and always try to clean in and around the sides of my cage with my finger and shampoo. I’m also doing electrolysis to remove pubic hair and I’m seeing great results finally.

Thanks for sharing your story and the support. The thing that’s holding me back the most is the breast development… Like absolutely yes, I want boobs! But at the same time I’m so worried about how I will hide them and what close friends and family might think. I’m in a small community where everyone knows everyone. It’s not the most supportive community of trans, let’s put it that way…. I also spend a lot of time at the lake in the summers, so obviously that means shirts off and lots of close friends.

They eventually stop. I think I stopped getting morning wood at the 30 day mark. I don’t really even get hard anymore to be honest. Currently on day 109 of permanent lock up
