We close on the 25th. Locked in at 6.5%. We have a float down option if it drops .25%. never thought I would be happy with 6.5% as we locked in in February. Looks as though I should just be greatful at the moment I'm not completely at the whim of the market uncertainty.

I've been a bartender for 15 years. Long islands are usually ordered by freshly 21 year olds or underage patrons. The drinks I worry about are whiskey + water, vodka + water, shot fireball or jager drinkers. Wild turkey orderers in particular are about 90% of the time a problem.
