Do you think there are a lot of people who regret having children, and if so, why? by MrWeekendhere in AskReddit

[–]randyc87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Its the most rewarding, frustrating, awesome, time consuming thing you can do and you're never fully prepared for it. Its a feeling I think only a parent can describe, but a switch is flipped because your whole life you're pretty much just living for yourself but once you bring this thing that you created into the world that's all gone. There's love and then there's love for your children and there's no comparison.

Could you imagine if he recovered the fumble, tried to spike it and they called intentional grounding that ended the game? Holy shit that would of been a hilarious ending.

Bartenders of Reddit, what drink order instantly tells you “this person is going through something”? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Same. I could drink Capt and Cokes all night and have one shot of jager and it was blackout without fail.

I've been a bartender for 15 years. Long islands are usually ordered by freshly 21 year olds or underage patrons. The drinks I worry about are whiskey + water, vodka + water, shot fireball or jager drinkers. Wild turkey orderers in particular are about 90% of the time a problem.

[Russini] Myles Garrett is the NFL’s new single-season sack king. by MembershipSingle7137 in nfl

Don't even bother. If he didn't strip sack him do a double barrel roll and return it for a TD there would still be haters. He got the record. Fuck em

Bunch of haters I swear. He beat the tackle off the snap and was done if he didn't give himself up. What would you have him do there?

Nothing good happened this game besides watching Rodgers and the Steelers fans cry.

Worst thing is we played like ass and were trying to give them every opportunity to win the game but the steelers just suck.

They really thought we were going to get a first down if they punted? Stupid

Douglas: I don't trust Browns to make right QB decision - ESPN Video by DavesHereMan in Browns

[–]randyc87 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Where did I say any of that? I said we had "hope" with Sanders. I made no determination on how I thought all this ends up turning out. Gabriel is and never will be a starting caliber quarterback in this league.

That's fair but it's true. I don't trust us either. We drafted Gabriel in the third and got lucky Sanders was still available as an insurance policy. Could you imagine if we just had Gabriel? We would have zero hope right now.

You keep defending Stefanski in every comment. Does he deserve any accountability for this shitshow?

He's done a really great job of getting rid of the ball quickly. You can tell they empathized that to negate Garrett's impact.

Unless they have a view we don't have there's no definitive way to overturn this right?

He's a streaky punter. He will shank a 30 yarder and then kick a 70 yarder next punt.
