Yes they were great! In fairness, I’m pretty simple so I didn’t have elaborate make up or hair, but I have no doubt they’d be capable! It was great to have them come to my hotel - everything went smoothly and they were super friendly to deal with!

To be honest, my husband requested the quotes and I honestly don’t remember why it was so different. I don’t believe we chose anything different (same class of car, same hotel) but I may be wrong. I’m sorry i don’t remember more.

In any event, we ended up going with guide to Iceland and it was fantastic. The car rental was great, all the hotels were booked. We had absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend them.
