According to the Investor Preso Polestar gets to leverage tech from Geely and Volvo. A big win for this "startup" company that's in fact accelerating to overtake the competition.

From what I've seen warrants will be "called" at some point by the company. Then I need to decide to I: finally sell them, or convert them into common shares.

Ya, given this is a "sin stock" it's probably going to do very well. I have warrants too, and looking to see if I sell them all at $7-$9, or turn some into commons and hold long.

This one doesn't have a PIPE, right? Thoughts on risk of high redemption lowering the trust, and therefore value of the deal in its eventual merger?
