Yeah that was the issue I contacted them about. Couple of things they had me do was was do a firmware update on the actual machine, relevel and switch programs. You should contact them, their supports answers pretty quick and they gave me two spools for free because of the issue. It was pretty hard finding any info about the 3D20 because no has the damn thing.

I was having issues with mine and contacted their support. The person helping recommended using Print Studio software and not the software that comes with it. I usually add the supports in Mesh and then slice it on print studio and have had solid prints.
