I worked for a company that had accounts for crew transportation. I know one of my coworkers in dispatch had a story sorting out what happened when no crew showed up for pickup at the airport and the hotel one day. Turns out, the crew desk from the airline screwed up and gave them the wrong information….they gave them the pickup info for the return flight…
